Role Overview

The Logistics Assistant will support warehouse and receiving activities, ensuring incoming parts are handled correctly, stored properly, and recorded accurately in the system.

Key Duties

• Accept incoming shipments and inspect them for any signs of transport damage
• Open received items and verify that the correct supporting documents are included with the physical parts
• Support the store inspector during goods-receipt inspections
• Carry out SAP goods receipt entries
• Move and store physical parts in the correct locations
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the receiving area and bonded store
• Assist with the monthly finance stock count when required
• Perform daily FOD checks and update the proactive report accordingly

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or similar qualification, or relevant warehouse work experience
• Forklift licence is required
