Role Overview
Maesa is hiring a temporary Brand Marketing Coordinator to support several brands across its portfolio. This is a strong opportunity for an early-stage marketer who is enthusiastic about beauty and consumer products and wants practical exposure to brand marketing, product rollouts, retail marketing, and social media.
The position focuses on helping execute campaigns and launches, keeping cross-functional work moving, supporting retail and e-commerce activities, and contributing to brand activations. The right person will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Work Arrangement and Duration
This is a 6-month temporary role. The position is based in the Manhattan office and requires on-site presence 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and deliver brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Keep project schedules, meetings, and communication organized across internal teams and agency partners.
- Support retailer marketing efforts, merchandising collateral, and e-commerce content updates.
- Work with the Creative team to build and manage marketing assets, decks, and campaign materials.
- Assist with social media and influencer activities, including product seeding and content coordination.
- Track trends in beauty, fragrance, and social channels to surface insights and opportunities.
- Contribute to campaign reporting, competitor research, and performance monitoring.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project assistance to the Brand Marketing team.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, internships included.
- Strong planning skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Clear communication and the ability to work well with others.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and digital marketing tools or platforms.
- Genuine interest in beauty, fragrance, and consumer brands.
- A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
The pay range for this temporary role is $30 to $32 per hour. Final compensation may differ depending on skills, experience, and location.
