Middle Project Manager

This position is for a Middle Project Manager with solid experience in managing projects and implementing processes. The role focuses on building and launching internal systems and business workflows. You should be analytical, comfortable working with people at different levels, and able to coordinate effectively across business and technical teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the complete lifecycle of internal projects, starting with requirements collection and ending with delivery and process rollout.
• Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to understand needs, confirm assumptions, and convert findings into clear project requirements.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams so expectations stay aligned throughout the project.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and define practical ways to reduce or resolve them.
• Oversee the introduction of new products, tools, or procedures into current business operations.
• Support change management by adapting quickly to shifting priorities, requirements, and business needs while keeping execution smooth across teams.
• Measure project progress and key performance indicators to ensure delivery supports business goals.
• Gather and interpret data to help guide decisions and shape proposed solutions.
• Prepare status reports and present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and close efficiency gaps across teams.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Practical exposure to business process analysis, optimization, or workflow development for products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with both business and technical audiences.
• A decision-making style grounded in data and analysis.
• Experience working with AI or introducing AI into products or business processes.
• Well-developed organizational and delivery skills, with the flexibility to adjust to changing requirements.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Hiring Process
