Mobile Pilates Instructor

Role overview

A premium wellness team in Riyadh is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Pilates and personal training professional. This opportunity is suited to someone who is client-oriented, energetic, and deeply committed to helping people improve movement, build strength, and reach their wellbeing goals.

The selected trainer will work in an upscale environment and will be responsible for delivering high-quality one-to-one and small-group coaching experiences that are tailored to each client’s needs.

What you will do

• Run Pilates and personal training sessions for individual clients and compact groups of around 5 to 6 participants.
• Conduct Reformer Pilates classes.
• Assist clients with strength development, conditioning, posture correction, alignment, mobility, functional movement, pre- and postnatal fitness, and broader health and wellness goals.
• Design customized training plans based on each client’s requirements and progress.
• Foster a polished, encouraging, and welcoming training atmosphere.
• Develop strong client relationships and support sustained progress over time.

Requirements

• Formal certification as both a Pilates Instructor and a Personal Trainer.
• Hands-on experience teaching Reformer Pilates.
• Solid knowledge of strength training principles and human movement mechanics.
• Exposure to yoga or pre-/postnatal coaching will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
• Professional presentation and a consistently positive approach.
• Strong interest in health, fitness, and personalized client care.

Compensation

The total earning package can go up to SAR 16,000 per month, and commission is included.
