Role overview
City Centre Rotana Doha is looking for an energetic and self-driven Food & Beverage professional to take charge of a restaurant outlet and lead the team in delivering high-quality products and responsive, personalized service.
This opportunity is located at City Centre Rotana, Doha.
What the role involves
- Oversee the assigned restaurant and make sure guest satisfaction and service quality remain at the highest level while supporting financial targets.
- Build staff schedules based on expected business levels and staffing guidelines so the outlet is properly covered at all times.
- Run regular training for the team in line with departmental standard operating procedures.
- Review team performance and support internal growth, development, and promotions where suitable.
- Ensure the outlet is prepared on time for each service period and matches the scheduled meal settings and opening hours.
- Welcome guests and manage seating arrangements with support from the Hostess.
- Create and maintain a positive, professional relationship with guests visiting the outlet.
- Keep an updated database of regular customers.
- Carry out frequent checks of the outlet and adjoining areas to maintain excellent cleanliness and upkeep.
- Take an active role in outlet promotions and related marketing activities.
Education and experience
A college or university degree is required, along with at least two years of experience in a similar position. Strong computer skills, clear communication, excellent written and spoken English, and polished presentation skills are essential.
