Part Qualified Accountant

Role overview

A well-established and expanding accountancy practice in Dublin is looking for an ambitious part-qualified accountant to join its team. This position offers broad exposure to financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and client advisory work in a fast-paced practice setting.

What you will do

• Prepare financial statements for a varied client portfolio.
• Support management accounts, reconciliations, and end-of-month accounting tasks.
• Help with the preparation and submission of tax filings, including corporation tax and VAT.
• Communicate with clients to resolve financial questions and provide day-to-day support.
• Contribute to audit engagements when needed.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues across multiple client assignments.

Requirements

• Currently part-qualified in ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice.
• Solid capability in preparing accounts.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator with the ability to deal professionally with clients.
