Private Equity Associate

Overview

A specialist investment platform with a focus on healthcare is looking to add a Senior Associate to its London-based team. The position is suited to someone who works well with minimal supervision, contributes across the full investing process, and brings real knowledge of the sector.

What you'll do

• Assess and help execute investment opportunities in healthcare, particularly in healthcare services.
• Build financial models, carry out commercial analysis, and support due diligence work.
• Own individual workstreams and keep processes moving with limited oversight.
• Help prepare investment committee papers and participate in wider portfolio strategy discussions.
• Work directly with management teams, advisers, and internal colleagues.
• Assist with portfolio tracking and initiatives aimed at improving value across holdings.

Background we're looking for

• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong prior exposure to healthcare, ideally with a clear focus on healthcare services.
• Proven ability to independently manage analysis and process work.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
• A commercial outlook and the confidence to develop and present investment opinions.
• Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
