About the Role

This contract position is for a private equity specialist working remotely with a company that connects top creative and technical professionals with AI research organizations. The business is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors such as Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.

Role Details

Engagement type: contract
Compensation: $130 per hour
Work setup: remote
Minimum duration: 4 weeks
Weekly commitment: 10+ hours

What You’ll Do

Assess financial models and add insights that help improve AI model outputs.
Check market sizing work and TAM analysis to make sure it fits investment goals.
Prepare detailed investment summaries and internal memos to support decisions.
Contribute to CIM preparation and due diligence work while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Handle NDA and other legal paperwork efficiently to keep deals moving.
Identify promising investment opportunities and share strategic recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications

At least 2 years of private equity experience at leading firms.
Strong background in financial modeling or TAM / market sizing analysis.
Experience writing investment summaries and decision-support memos.
Hands-on exposure to CIM preparation and due diligence.
Ability to review and process NDA/legal documents.
Experience sourcing deals and evaluating opportunities.

Compensation & Legal

Paid on an hourly contractor basis.
Payments are issued weekly.
