Program Manager

Role overview

DXC Technology is hiring a Program Manager in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role is focused on leading program delivery, keeping work on schedule and within budget, and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders and internal teams.

What you will do

• Plan and run programs end to end so objectives are achieved within the expected budget and timeline.
• Guide and support members of the program management team, including helping with growth and performance.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, respond to questions, and keep everyone aligned for successful delivery.
• Contribute to budget tracking and resource planning activities.
• Spot possible risks early and work on actions that reduce their impact on delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to define and document the program scope, goals, and deliverables clearly.
• Keep program records organized and prepare periodic status updates.
• Help plan and allocate resources so execution stays efficient and well coordinated.

What the role requires

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant area, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience overall, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
• Hands-on background in both program and project management.
• Strong ability in program planning, execution, and team leadership.
• A mindset for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technology.

Preferred background

• An advanced degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar credentials are beneficial.
