The company is expanding and is seeking a Project Coordinator who can bring structure, momentum, and strong follow-through to the systems that support each project.

This position is central to the business rather than administrative support alone. You will manage the construction billing workflow from beginning to end and act as the main link between field teams, office staff, and clients. Because the company is relatively small, your work will be highly visible and directly tied to project success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction billing throughout the full cycle, including progress billing, AIA/pay applications, lien waivers, and retainage
• Keep project records, schedules, and communication organized and moving smoothly among the field, office, and clients
• Maintain accurate project and financial data in Acumatica
• Track project milestones, change orders, and budgets to help prevent delays or overruns
• Work closely with project managers, accounting, and field personnel to support timely and cost-controlled delivery of jobs

Candidate profile

• Practical experience using Acumatica is mandatory
• At least 3 years of construction billing experience, with solid familiarity with AIA applications, lien waivers, and retainage
• Exposure to Salesforce
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive, and dependable work style
• Comfort handling several projects and deadlines at the same time
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to keep learning and taking on more responsibility
