Omnicom Media’s Creo team is looking for a Project Coordinator to help run influencer marketing programs for clients across Canada. The position focuses on keeping creator campaigns organized, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard while building effective working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

What you will do

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client goals, audience needs, and content objectives for influencer and creator campaigns.

  • Partner on creative direction, including mood boards, concept development, and content approval workflows.
  • Review campaign results such as engagement, reach, and ROI, then use the findings to improve future work.
  • Prepare reports for leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to keep campaigns aligned and efficient.
  • Help plan and execute influencer events and activations.
  • Follow platform, industry, and martech developments, and share weekly or monthly insights on social and cultural trends.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, digital platforms, or influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
  • Solid project coordination, planning, organization, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with careful attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Experience with platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with related tools and technologies such as analytics, ad serving, creator tech, or project management systems.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns, maintain creator relationships, and ensure smooth delivery by acting as a central link between influencers, internal groups such as marketing, creative, legal, and finance, and outside agencies. Success will be evaluated by how well you help improve solutions, increase client satisfaction, and contribute to Creo’s overall performance.

Compensation and workplace

The expected annual compensation for this position is $40,000 to $43,000.

The role follows a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from home.
