Role Overview

This position is for a Construction Project Director who will report directly to the Vice President and take ownership of the project delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the project end to end, covering planning, design, construction, and final handover.
• Control project budget, timelines, and resources so that delivery stays aligned with objectives.
• Supervise design activities, purchasing, and contractor output to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and relevant authorities to ensure effective execution.
• Spot project risks early and resolve issues promptly to keep the programme moving.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least 2 complete mixed-use projects in the role of Project Director.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
