Veneer Techno Solutions, established in 2019, provides specialised facade and structural consultancy for landmark buildings. The team includes engineers, designers, and chartered structural specialists who handle BIM-led design, detailing, and offshore structural feasibility support.

Role Summary

The Purchase Coordinator will manage procurement activities from sourcing to order closure, ensuring the right materials are obtained on time and at the right cost. This role also involves supplier coordination, inventory tracking, and handling billing mismatches.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete procurement cycle from requirement gathering through purchase completion.
• Identify suitable materials and connect with vendors for quotations.
• Compare offers and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Create and release purchase orders as needed.
• Monitor shipment and delivery timelines so materials arrive when required.
• Keep inventory information updated and accurate.
• Review and fix discrepancies in supplier invoices and related documents.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. in any discipline or a B.Com in any discipline can apply.
