Role overview
We are looking for a recruiter who enjoys engaging with new people, can assess candidate potential through thoughtful questioning, and is highly organized in managing a steady flow of prospects. The role also calls for someone who is motivated to consistently achieve and outperform assigned targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and continuously update a strong pool of qualified candidates for immediate and upcoming openings.
- Screen candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Evaluate applicants using interview notes and resume analysis to decide whether they move forward or are declined.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidate queries.
- Consistently achieve weekly targets for calls and emails.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the utility industry is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational and people skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Energetic attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the work.
- Proven history of working toward and meeting performance quotas.
