Role overview
The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling Rentokil Boecker® services and products in Riyadh. This position focuses on active prospecting, building long-term client relationships, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and using marketing activities to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the sales plan set by the Sales Manager to meet monthly targets, renewal goals, and profitability objectives.
- Identify prospective customers and new business opportunities through market outreach and prospecting.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and explain how Rentokil Boecker® solutions support health, property, and environmental safety.
- Visit client sites when required to assess technical needs and prepare pricing estimates.
- Create tailored proposals and marketing offers for target customers using the appropriate tools and materials.
- Introduce new products and services to existing clients while strengthening relationships through planned visits and courtesy calls.
- Address client requests promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth follow-up.
- Guide clients on how to maximize the value of Rentokil Boecker® services.
- Prepare detailed quotations, follow up until proposals are converted into contracts, and manage post-sale follow-up.
- Oversee contract renewals where applicable.
- Share new sales and renewal updates clearly with the Operations Department.
- Maintain client records accurately and on time in Rentokil Boecker® systems.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions to promote its services.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or B2B selling within relevant markets.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong reporting and tracking skills with close attention to detail.
- Sound decision-making ability and a practical approach to problem-solving.
