Key Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain efficient, reliable rotas for clients and Care Professionals.
  • Balance travel time, availability, and client requirements when building schedules.
  • Respond quickly to changes and make live adjustments where needed.
  • Pair Care Professionals with clients and coordinate introductions with the care team.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and Care Professionals to support a positive experience.
  • Follow franchise standards, including ensuring Care Professionals are introduced to clients before their first visit.
  • Liaise with the recruitment team so staffing levels match demand.
  • Take part in the on-call rota when required.
