Senior Program Manager

Key responsibilities

• Direct the setup, execution, and completion of several projects grouped under a broader program.
• Create program plans, schedules, budgets, strategic roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Make sure program goals stay aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Track and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change-related activities.
• Bring together cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep milestones on track.
• Review program progress and share regular status reports with senior leadership.
• Manage resource planning, budget tracking, and financial reporting for programs.
• Put in place and maintain strong governance, controls, and documentation practices.
• Promote better ways of working through process enhancements and program management standards.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, or an equivalent credential are preferred.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams, including teams spread across locations.
• Working knowledge of program governance, risk management, and project delivery methods.
• Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
