About the Organization
Kooth is focused on building welcoming, easy-to-access digital mental health support that helps young people grow, cope, and thrive. Its work is centered on early intervention for ages 13 to 25, with the goal of offering timely help, strengthening resilience, and improving wellbeing through inclusive, evidence-based care.
The organization’s culture is guided by five core values: Alongside You, Flexible, Compassionate, Committed, and Safe. These principles shape how the team supports young people, works together internally, and designs services that meet communities where they are. This is mission-driven work with real-world impact.
The role supports Soluna, California’s first statewide digital behavioral health service for young people ages 13 to 25. Soluna is designed to reduce barriers to care by offering near-immediate access to one-to-one coaching, care navigation, and self-guided tools so young people can get support when they need it most.
