Role Summary

This position supports the Store Manager with day-to-day operations to keep thrift store activities running smoothly. When needed, the role also functions as a Sales Associate. The job is based at 1185 Mountain Road, Moncton, New Brunswick.

Key Duties

  • Serve customers and donors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming way.

  • Assist with inventory checks and cycle counting.

  • Act as a working team lead for Store Associates when the Store Manager is absent.
  • Provide operational guidance and on-the-job support to staff when required.
  • Help maintain a safe and healthy workplace in line with health and safety requirements.
