The team is looking for a skilled Short-Form Content Scriptwriter who can create attention-grabbing scripts, shape strong narratives, and help turn content into conversions.

Key Work Areas

• Create persuasive, engaging scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn briefs and creative ideas into clean, production-ready scripts.
• Build strong opening hooks that grab attention in the first few seconds.
• Write for founder stories, product demonstrations, testimonials, UGC, street interviews, and educational pieces.
• Adjust copy to suit different creators, audiences, and brand tones.
• Refine scripts using feedback from the creative team and results from performance data.
• Work closely with creative strategists, editors, creators, and account managers throughout the content workflow.

Skills and Experience Needed

The ideal candidate has strong storytelling ability, understands short-form video culture, and has experience with performance marketing, direct-response copy, or social content. You should be able to write in a conversational way that feels native to the platform, while also maintaining excellent grammar, sharp editing, and the speed to produce quality work quickly.

Additional Information
