Role Overview

As a Spa Therapist with Hilton in the United Arab Emirates, you will help create a welcoming and memorable guest experience by delivering high-quality massage and body treatments. The role is centered on hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, and professional service throughout the spa journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions, handle requests quickly and professionally, and resolve concerns to support a positive spa visit.
• Carry out massage and body therapies in line with the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and tools clean, sanitized, and ready for use while meeting regulatory and service expectations.
• Track treatment supplies and tools, maintain stock levels, and store items appropriately.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by federal, state, local, and company rules.
• Support day-to-day spa activities and step in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
