Role Overview

This position is responsible for growing and strengthening the SIP business across Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on expanding the franchise network, improving profitability in the state, and supporting the operational and commercial success of existing centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand SIP’s business presence in Uttar Pradesh by onboarding new franchise partners.
• Drive profitability across the state through effective franchise management and business development efforts.
• Support franchisees in increasing new admissions.
• Help retain current students across all centres.
• Ensure collection of royalty, kit charges, and other marketing and franchise-related fees.
• Conduct training for CIs.
• Manage and coordinate events as required.
• Develop marketing partnerships with approximately 50 schools.
• Oversee and manage the performance of the current network of 23 centres.

Additional Information

The role is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and requires full-time on-site involvement.

The position involves managing an existing set of franchisees while also driving expansion across the state.
