Role overview
DHL is looking for a Storeperson to join its warehouse team in High Wycombe, Western Australia. This position sits within a busy logistics environment where you’ll help keep warehouse processes accurate, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.
What you’ll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound orders with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
- Place received goods into the correct storage locations so items remain organised and easy to access.
- Replenish stock promptly to support ongoing warehouse flow and product availability.
- Use handheld devices, including RF scanners, to assist with order handling and stock control.
- Work with a Warehouse Management System to produce labels and confirm data accuracy.
- Assist with stocktake activities when required to keep inventory records correct.
- Stay alert to workplace hazards and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

What we’re looking for
- Prior experience in a busy warehouse or high-volume logistics setting.
- Forklift licence preferred, though not essential.
- Hands-on experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
- Previous exposure to warehouse management systems, including RF scanners.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide strong customer service.
- Understanding of inventory control and stock management practices.
