About EtudyGo
EtudyGo is creating a worldwide student-powered network through the EtudyGo Student Union (ESU). The initiative brings learners from different universities and regions together to make international education easier to access, more organized, and community-led.
Role Overview
We are looking for Student Lead Coordinators to support and shape ESU’s student community at the state level. This is a community leadership position, not a marketing or promotional assignment. You will collaborate with a state team and join as one of the founding members of the community you help build.
Community members will be able to take part in international university workshops, webinars, and certification courses at no cost, since ESU operates as a non-profit initiative. In this role, you will work with students from several universities to encourage engagement, coordinate community activities, and help create a connected student network focused on international education opportunities.
Leadership Scholarship Benefit
All Student Lead Coordinators qualify for the ESU Leadership Scholarship Program, which is designed to recognize leadership, contribution, and impact within the community. The role also includes a complete waiver of EtudyGo service fees for future study-abroad application support, along with formal recognition for your leadership contribution to ESU.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new students as they join the community and support overall member growth.
- Handle student questions and keep communication active and helpful.
- Work with university-level student representatives to coordinate efforts.
- Make sure students can access free events, webinars, and workshops.
- Motivate members to stay involved and contribute regularly.
- Assist in developing and running a connected student network.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Genuine interest in leadership, education, or community development.
- A structured, self-driven, and accountable approach to work.
- Comfort with digital communication platforms and online coordination tools.
- Preference for university students.
- Previous leadership experience or campus participation will be an added advantage.
What You’ll Gain
- Practical leadership experience in an international student community.
- A certificate on successful completion of the role.
- Access to workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
- Exposure to global education networks and opportunities.
- Eligibility for the ESU Leadership Scholarship as a role-based benefit.
- Possibility of taking on future leadership responsibilities within ESU.
