- Run introductory screening conversations and coordinate thoughtful interview schedules aligned with each candidate’s experience.
- Act as the main contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey and deliver a polished, high-touch interview experience.
- Work with HR leadership on compensation guidance, offer rollout, expectation management, and negotiation support through final closure.
- Contribute to special recruiting initiatives such as non-traditional sourcing ideas, strategic talent search, and diverse pipeline development.
- Create, revise, and maintain job descriptions and publish them on the right hiring channels.
- Track market movement, competitor hiring patterns, and recruiting trends, then share useful insights with the HR team.
Required Background
- 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to communications hiring.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area.
- Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is specifically mentioned.
- Strong ability to stay organized, manage time well, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated success in attracting, interviewing, and closing early-career candidates.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with teammates.
Perks and Benefits
- 401(k) matching from the employer.
- Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Hybrid work setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with flexibility to choose your schedule.
- 2 weeks of remote work each year.
- Generous paid time off, including birthday PTO.
- Additional compensation rewards may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid leave, and other benefits.
