Role overview

For the Dresden site, an immediate opening is available for a candidate to support invoice and claim document review on either a full-time or part-time basis.

The role is aimed at a building trades professional, master craftsman, or construction technician, ideally with a background in heating and sanitation work.

Responsibilities

• Review quotations and invoices using documentation related to property damage.
• Handle direct negotiations with trade contractors independently.
• Carry out pricing checks and assess whether submitted figures are reasonable and consistent.

Requirements

• Background in site supervision or cost estimation, preferably in the heating and plumbing sector.
• Ability to accurately assess labour effort and scope of work.
• Strong knowledge of pricing and technical aspects of heating and sanitation construction.
• Comfortable using computers in day-to-day work.
• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
