Role overview
This position is for a sales-focused telecaller who will support the promotion of banking products and services. The role involves speaking with customers, understanding what they need, and presenting suitable financial solutions while helping the team achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective and existing customers and keep the conversation going to understand their needs and present relevant offers.
- Explain banking products and services clearly, respond to customer questions, and share the details needed to support informed decisions.
- Convert qualified conversations into sales by matching customer requirements with the right solution and working toward quarterly targets.
- Stay in touch with customers after the initial interaction to support satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions for tracking and future reference.
Work schedule and employment details
The shift timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM in a day shift format. The work week runs for 6 days, with Sunday as the weekly off. The candidate will be on HGS payroll. Pick-up and drop transportation is provided.
Salary and incentives
The pay range is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year. Freshers may receive INR 18,000 plus incentives, while experienced candidates may earn up to INR 25,000 plus incentives.
Requirements
- A graduate degree is required.
- Excellent spoken English is essential for this role.
- The candidate should work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methods and product information is important.
Eligibility
