About the Role
This position is focused on supporting TikTok Shop operations while delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for customers. The company is seeking someone who is careful, self-directed, and quick to act, with the ability to handle support tasks and keep online store operations running efficiently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer conversations across TikTok Shop, chat, email, and phone, making sure replies are timely and accurate.
- Support customers with product questions, order placement and processing, tracking updates, return requests, and problem resolution.
- Keep product listings, stock information, and order statuses current within the TikTok Shop system.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience.
- Keep up to date with TikTok Shop rules, platform changes, and available tools to improve store results.

Candidate Profile
