Treasury Manager

Role Overview

An international organization based in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced Treasury Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day treasury activities, cash planning, and liquidity oversight. This position is suited to a detail-focused finance professional who can contribute to stronger working capital management and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine treasury functions, including cash movement tracking and liquidity management.
• Create and execute treasury approaches that improve working capital efficiency and financial results.
• Review cash balances and build both short-range and longer-range cash projections.
• Maintain relationships with banks and manage financing arrangements as well as credit lines.
• Track foreign exchange exposure, interest rate risk, and hedging programs.
• Make sure treasury practices follow internal controls, company policies, and applicable financial rules.
• Compile treasury updates and share actionable guidance with senior leadership.
• Contribute to financing, investment, and broader capital structure initiatives.

Required Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another relevant discipline is required.
• Professional credentials such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CTP, or a similar qualification are an advantage.
• Applicants should have prior experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial planning.
• Strong understanding of cash handling, liquidity forecasting, financial risk, and market dynamics is expected.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms, treasury systems, and Microsoft Excel is needed.
• Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, and leadership capability are important for this role.
