Role Overview
Title: Udaan Program Manager

Udaan is Myntra’s dedicated program created to provide a strong entry point into the workplace for People With Disabilities. It is a paid six-month initiative intended to offer a welcoming, inclusive setup that makes the transition into work smoother and more supportive.
The program includes structured onboarding, customized learning and development support, mentoring, on-the-job exposure, and strong employee benefits. Its goal is to help participants grow in a setting where they can contribute confidently and build their careers.
As part of Myntra’s broader diversity and inclusion commitment, the program is designed to help participants feel included, work authentically, and learn from experienced teams in the e-commerce space. The assignments may align with individual interests and strengths, and there is potential for the role to convert into a full-time opportunity with Myntra.

Responsibilities
- Create templates and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI for operational and management reporting.
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to study customer initiatives and growth experiments, including diagnosing issues, breaking down problems, and tracking outcomes.
- Maintain and operate the reporting system on an ongoing basis.
- Pull data for ad hoc business requests and analysis.
- Support the team with data analysis and data mining work.
- Perform business analysis and identify key leading indicators.
Skills and Requirements
- Solid understanding of databases and practical SQL knowledge, with the ability to translate business needs into SQL queries.
- Advanced Excel capability.
- Fast learning ability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
- Team-oriented approach and ease in collaborating with people from different functions.
- Program management exposure.
- Understanding of pricing concepts.
Education
Undergraduate degree.
