About the Role
We are seeking a Value Advisor Expert to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position follows a hybrid working model.
The Industry Value Advisory team helps advance the company’s goal of making the Intelligent Enterprise real for customers. In this role, you will help organizations realize measurable business value from SAP solutions while also contributing to the strategic direction of SAP across important industries.
The role combines industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and value-focused advisory work. You will partner with customers, sales teams, and ecosystem partners to build pipeline, support revenue growth, and strengthen SAP’s industry presence.
What You Will Do
- Guide customers, sales colleagues, and partners to create tailored and relevant SAP experiences.
- Develop and move forward opportunities and pipelines for key accounts within your industry.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape strategic decisions and SAP solution adoption.
- Create and deliver industry-specific strategies that generate demand and speed up opportunities.
- Work closely with Virtual Account Teams to strengthen the business case, run relevant engagements, and help close deals.
- Represent SAP’s differentiated value at conferences, user groups, partner forums, and industry events.
- Prepare and tailor value-led content for decision-makers such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, and CIO audiences.
- Share best practices, business processes, and practical use cases that demonstrate measurable outcomes from SAP.
- Build credibility as an industry thought leader through customer references and value stories.
Core Expertise Needed
- Strong skills in executive influence, storytelling, and high-impact presentations.
- Ability to use design thinking, facilitate workshops, and turn customer experience ideas into action.
- Comfort with digital engagement and social media as customer outreach channels.
- Solid understanding of industry trends, priorities, and shifts across the value chain.
- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and experience management for the relevant industry.
- Capability to support SAP strategy, lead deals, and influence stakeholders both professionally and socially.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to move customers through a Vision-to-Value journey.
