Role Overview
The Virtual Relationship Manager will connect with current bank customers and potential customers through virtual channels to deliver a smooth and responsive service experience. The role focuses on strengthening high-net-worth individual (HNI) relationships, supporting customer needs, and identifying opportunities to offer suitable banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and prospects virtually to ensure a seamless service journey.
- Grow and nurture existing HNI relationships while maintaining a strong quality of portfolio.
- Stay regularly engaged with assigned portfolio customers in line with the contact policy, and record all interaction details accurately and completely.
- Handle calls according to the expected service standards.
- Address customer service needs and work on deepening long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
- Support the development and upkeep of strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Explore new business opportunities and guide customers toward products or services that suit their requirements.
Experience and Profile
The bank is looking for someone with 2 to 6 years of client relationship experience, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Qualification
Relevant client relationship background is required, and the candidate should bring strong people-handling and communication skills.
