Role Overview

Msigma Gokulam is seeking a committed and well-organized Academic Coordinator to support day-to-day academic coordination activities. The position is based in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Compensation

The role offers a salary of up to ₹20,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves coordinating academic operations efficiently, handling multiple tasks at once, and ensuring smooth communication across responsibilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience working in a comparable Academic Coordinator position is required.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are necessary.
• Comfort with basic computer work, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, is expected.
• The candidate should be open to rotational schedules, including both day and night shifts.
• Night shift duties will be performed from home.
• Good coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Trivandrum.

Additional Notes

This is a full-time opportunity. The schedule includes rotating shifts, and part of the work arrangement for night shifts is remote from home.
