Key Responsibilities
You will support the Store Manager in running store operations. This includes helping with recruitment, guiding and supervising team members, ensuring daily tasks are completed, handling paperwork, preparing bank deposits, and managing merchandising activities. You’ll also play a role in maintaining high service standards and delivering prompt, courteous service to customers.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
The position calls for strong customer service, the ability to plan and stay organized, clear communication of ideas and plans, comfort with cash handling and bookkeeping, practical problem-solving, empathy and advocacy, attention to safety and security, and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Experience
It is an advantage to bring retail experience, management capability, and solid customer service skills. A desire to grow in your career, along with a positive attitude toward learning and enjoying the work, is also valued.
