Simon Carter continues to build its presence in premium menswear through its distinct design approach and curated collections.Role overviewThe organization is seeking an energetic and committed Sales Trainer to build the selling capability of retail teams across Louis Philippe stores. The role centers on creating and conducting high-impact learning sessions that strengthen sales effectiveness, customer interaction, grooming discipline, and the premium retail experience.Key responsibilitiesRun orientation and onboarding sessions for newly joined retail associates and store teams.Provide sales and product training that reflects Louis Philippe brand guidelines and customer experience standards.Guide teams on premium selling approaches, cross-selling, upselling, and customer relationship building.Train store personnel on product knowledge, styling, visual merchandising fundamentals, and brand communication.Visit stores regularly to assess training impact and spot skill gaps.Track sales performance data and suggest learning actions to improve productivity.Create interactive training material, including modules, role plays, presentations, and learning exercises.Work with retail managers to support sales achievement through capability-building initiatives.Ensure compliance with grooming expectations, service etiquette, and store operating standards.Assist with seasonal launches, promotional activity, and briefings for new collections.RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a similar discipline.3 to 7 years of experience in retail sales training, preferably within premium fashion, apparel, or luxury retail.Strong knowledge of retail operations and high-quality customer service.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Proven capability to motivate and influence frontline retail teams.Comfort using MS Office and training or presentation tools.Willingness to travel to multiple store locations as needed.Additional informationThis role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and follows a full-time, onsite work arrangement.Recruitment details such as vacancies, salary, start date, and application deadline were not provided.
