Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Baker for its Woodstock, Georgia location. The brand has been serving fresh-baked bagels since 1995 and emphasizes a cheerful workplace and a strong respect for work-life balance. Store hours end at 2:00 PM, which helps team members keep evenings free for personal commitments.

As part of the bakery team, you’ll be among the first to start the day and help keep the store running smoothly with fresh product, friendly service, and a clean, safe environment. The role is based at 310 Lanier Circle, Woodstock, GA 30189.

What you’ll do

The baker helps ensure each shift has fresh, high-quality product available and supports the guest experience throughout the day.

• Prepare and maintain the bagel wall and pastry case with fresh products.
• Assist with guest service tasks such as taking orders and making sandwiches.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Work with the team to maintain food and beverage quality standards.
• Arrive early, with shifts that may begin as early as 3:00 AM depending on the restaurant.
