About the Role

The Rine is looking for experienced bartenders to become part of a lively and expanding hospitality team in Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare. This is a practical, customer-facing position in a busy environment, and there are both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and welcoming service while following the hotel’s service standards.
• Keep bar and service areas clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and help create a positive experience in the bar and dining areas.
• Keep an eye on guest satisfaction and deal with requests quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen colleagues to support smooth and efficient service.
• Build a solid understanding of the food and drink menu.
• Help deliver service with as little delay as possible.
• Carry out shift handovers and complete any required checklists or reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a bar or another hospitality setting.
• Strong organisational ability and careful attention to detail.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer care.
• A friendly, outgoing, and approachable manner.
• Good command of English.
