ROLE OVERVIEW
The BTL & Local Marketing Manager will lead offline and neighbourhood-focused promotion efforts to increase store visits, generate leads, and strengthen brand visibility across key local channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and run ground-level marketing initiatives such as society activations, corporate engagements, kiosks, and exhibitions.
- Support store traffic and lead creation through hyperlocal promotions and campaign activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with wedding planners, banquet venues, residential societies, and nearby businesses.
- Plan and deliver seasonal and store-led campaigns including Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, wedding season, and gold booking promotions.
- Liaise with vendors for branding material, fabrication, printing, and event installation.
- Find and partner with local influencers to improve store visibility and promotional reach.
- Manage campaigns smoothly from planning to execution while staying within budget.
- Monitor leads, walk-ins, conversions, and return on campaign spend.
- Prepare performance reports and refine campaign strategy based on results.

WORK SCHEDULE & PERKS
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, Kharadi. The role follows a 5-day work week and is available for immediate joining. One vacancy is open for this position.
