Role overview

Blockchain.com is hiring a Business Analyst to support strategic product areas, markets, and customer segments within its Consumer business. This is a highly visible role that blends analysis, product thinking, and cross-functional execution to improve business performance, uncover growth opportunities, and help deliver new initiatives.

What you will do

• Contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and commercial results of important Consumer business lines.
• Review performance across key metrics such as users, activity, revenue, margin, retention, volume, conversion, and profit and loss.
• Collaborate with Business Leads and Product Managers to identify product opportunities, frame problems clearly, and help with prioritisation.
• Convert customer feedback, business objectives, and data analysis into practical product recommendations.
• Create dashboards, reporting, and analytical views that help teams monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and spot growth opportunities.
• Support business cases for new products, features, markets, or customer offerings by assessing market size, customer need, economics, operating needs, and risk.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to refine requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and help deliver customer-facing features.
• Assist with product launches by coordinating inputs across Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Growth, Compliance, Operations, and regional teams.
• Partner with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to assess pricing, economics, controls, and profitability.
• Monitor competitors, user behaviour, and market movements to identify ways to differentiate and gain market share.
• Help maintain a consistent operating rhythm for performance reviews, experimentation, launches, product reviews, and business reviews.

What you need

• Background in business analysis, product analytics, product operations, strategy, growth, fintech, crypto, payments, consulting, or consumer technology.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data, business models, funnels, unit economics, pricing, conversion, retention, and profitability.
• Ability to turn data, customer insight, and business challenges into clear product guidance.
• Good product judgement and genuine interest in building customer-facing products.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, including requirements definition, opportunity prioritisation, and execution support.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and readiness to balance strategic analysis with hands-on delivery.
• Interest in crypto, fintech, consumer products, and high-growth businesses.
