This position is for a Business Development Representative focused on retail, reporting to the Business Development Manager and based onsite in Brooklyn, New York. The role sits within a go-to-market team that works to expand customer acquisition and support the company’s growth in Voice AI-powered customer support.

What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts to create high-value leads and book meetings with enterprise and mid-market retail prospects.
- Handle conversations that may range from detailed strategic discussions to quick-win sales interactions.
- Contribute to the wider go-to-market engine by helping grow the retail business.
- Build strong working relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Help support both immediate opportunities and longer-term market expansion goals.

Compensation
The stated salary range for this role is USD 55,000 to USD 75,000 annually. Final pay may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commission, as well as equity, subject to company policy and board approval.
