Role summary

This is an onsite position based in London, where you will work from the office and contribute directly to regional revenue goals through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. What you will do

  • Operate from the London office in an onsite capacity.
  • Handle a substantial number of daily outbound touchpoints with potential Freshworks customers across phone, email, and other channels.
  • Generate interest, assess fit, educate prospects, and hand qualified opportunities over to the sales team.
  • Build, organize, and advance your own lead pipeline by prioritizing multiple prospects at the same time.
  • Create and follow action plans that help you achieve and exceed assigned performance targets.
  • Work closely with leaders and colleagues in marketing, sales, and operations to plan and run campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas and effort toward improving both internal workflows and customer-facing processes.
  • Use available support from marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams efficiently to meet your objectives.
  • Represent the company positively and become knowledgeable in customer service and CRM practices.
  • Prepare regular pipeline updates and participate in forecasting activities.
