About the Role
RONA is looking for a Cashier to join its store administration team in Calgary, Alberta. In this position, you will help create a positive customer experience, support smooth daily store operations, and contribute to a workplace where teamwork, learning, and growth are valued.
RONA operates and supports corporate and affiliated dealer stores across several banner formats, including RONA+, RONA, and Dick’s Lumber, serving both DIY customers and contractors. What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and interact with them in a polite, helpful manner
- Handle purchases and payments with accuracy and care
- Maintain clean, organized, and uncluttered checkout areas
- Prepare and reconcile the cash report at the end of each shift
- Follow company procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and operational standards
- Support additional store tasks as needed to keep daily operations running efficiently

- Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and occasionally outdoors
