பணி விளக்கம்
Role overview
Our client is an established and well-regarded professional services business with a long track record and sustained expansion across regional and metropolitan Australia. Its service offering covers business advisory, taxation, related accounting and finance services, as well as legal and technology consulting. The firm is guided by a partnership group that actively demonstrates its values, supporting a collaborative environment and a strong focus on professional growth and career progression.
What the role involves
The business is looking for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to help drive its next stage of growth. Partnering closely with the leadership team, this executive will oversee people and culture, finance, marketing, IT, governance, and operational functions.
The position blends high-level planning with hands-on delivery. It is responsible for improving organisational performance, strengthening systems and processes, and supporting business expansion. The COO will also take ownership of mergers and acquisitions activity, including post-deal integration, while maintaining alignment across a widely distributed business.
What success in this role looks like
The ideal candidate brings senior leadership experience within professional services and a demonstrated history of driving growth, leading change, and improving operations. Experience working with partnership-based leadership structures and engaging senior stakeholders will be important, along with strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn strategy into practical outcomes.
The right leader will be credible, collaborative, and able to build trusted relationships across the organisation. A visible leadership style, adaptability, and a disciplined approach to execution are all essential.
Additional requirements
This opportunity requires relocation to Regional NSW.
The role offers a high degree of accountability and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the firm’s future direction.
