What you will do

• Develop and deliver proactive internal communication plans that keep employees informed and aligned across regions.
• Work with teams across departments to create stories, updates, and other content that resonates with employees.
• Help produce content for the intranet, newsletters, Slack, and digital screens, while also reviewing how those channels perform.
• Maintain and coordinate the internal communications schedule and timeline.
• Prepare communications for product launches, business partnerships, expansion into new markets, People Team initiatives, internal events, CSR activity, executive appearances, and influencer spokespeople.

• At least 1 year of experience in communications or a closely related field.
• Strong writing ability with a talent for turning ideas into clear, concise, audience-focused messaging.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate closely with the team.
• High emotional intelligence and strong people skills for working with internal stakeholders.
• A creative approach to finding new ideas and fresh communication opportunities.
• Experience in graphic design or video editing would be an added advantage.
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team where everyone contributes as needed.

Additional information

Because DraftKings operates in a regulated gaming industry, employment may require you to obtain a gaming license from the relevant state agency. The company says it will support you through that process if it applies to your role.

The job is full time and based onsite in Boston, Massachusetts. The posted US base salary range is USD 56,000 to USD 70,000 annually, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits depending on eligibility and role specifics. Pay within the stated range is influenced by location, job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
