Role overview
ROBO-G is hiring a full-time, on-site Coordinator & Experiential Learning Mentor for its North Bangalore center in Jakkur, Bengaluru. This role blends teaching with center coordination: you will lead hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM learning sessions for children aged 5 to 15, guide them through projects and competitions, and help create an engaging, activity-based learning atmosphere.

The company uses LEGO Education kits and an experiential learning approach to deliver STEM and robotics education in a playful, team-based setting that encourages children to explore, observe, and learn through active participation.
Work location and schedule
Location: ROBO-G North Bangalore, Jakkur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Working days: Wednesday to Sunday.
This position is based on-site and is described as a hybrid of teaching and coordination responsibilities within the center.
What the role involves
Along with teaching sessions, the coordinator is expected to manage everyday center activities such as scheduling, class coordination, parent communication, student tracking, and support for enrollments, workshops, and events. The role also includes maintaining discipline, ensuring safe and proper use of STEM and robotics equipment, and helping organize exhibitions and special learning programs.
Responsibilities
- Run interactive robotics, coding, and STEM sessions for students aged 5 to 15.
- Guide learners through experiments, projects, and robotics competitions.
- Build a lively, hands-on, and experiential classroom environment.
- Oversee routine center operations, including timetables and class coordination.
- Communicate with parents and share regular progress updates.
- Assist with admissions, workshops, and center events.
- Work with internal teams to keep sessions and activities running smoothly.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and correct handling of robotics and STEM tools.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and learning progress.
- Help plan and execute STEM exhibitions and special events.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience is required.
- Candidates must be based in Bangalore.
- Experience in training and development, along with learning management, is expected.
- Working knowledge of education processes and learning management systems is important.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are needed for working with students and parents.
- The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with teams, mentoring learners, and managing educational projects.
- Interest in STEM education and robotics will be a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to educational mentoring or experiential learning programs is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
