Job summary
The Coordinator, Shared Operations supports the front-of-house Attractions teams by keeping essential back-of-house processes on track. The role is centered on maintaining park infrastructure, managing maintenance-related requests, overseeing technical work orders, and handling equipment control. Accurate tracking and reporting are also key, helping operations run smoothly and supporting a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage maintenance-related enquiries for attractions, safety matters, and urgent situations.
- Raise technical work orders and monitor them through completion to help ensure attractions are maintained efficiently.
- Enter, monitor, and report confidential information promptly and accurately.
- Oversee the issue and exchange of equipment across different departments.
Required qualifications
Candidates should hold GCE N/O/A Levels, an ITE Certificate, or a Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism, or a closely related discipline.
Skills and attributes
The role calls for strong numerical ability, a keen eye for detail, the capacity to juggle multiple tasks, solid problem-solving skills, and sound reasoning. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required. The position involves shift duties, including weekends, Public Holidays, and occasional night work during event periods.
