Role Overview

We are seeking a junior-level Data Insights Analyst who is naturally inquisitive and comfortable working with data to surface patterns, measure performance, and support better decision-making across the business. The role is suited to someone who enjoys turning raw information into clear, practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather data from different business systems, prepare it for analysis, and carry out cleaning and review tasks.
Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that highlight important findings.
Spot trends, recurring patterns, and potential opportunities that can inform business planning.
Work with teams across the organization to answer business questions using data.
Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs.
Support improvements to data structures and analytical workflows.
Record reporting approaches and help uphold analytics standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Strong problem-solving ability with a logical and analytical mindset.
Good working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms.
Basic familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytics tools would be beneficial.
High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings in simple terms.
