Key accountabilities
- Create clear, user-friendly dashboards and visual reports that highlight core performance measures and trends, using tools such as Google Data Studio or similar platforms.

- Partner with product leadership to build executive dashboards that inform roadmap decisions and commercial strategy.
- Analyze product data in depth across regions to identify patterns, trends, and practical opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out funnel and churn analysis to understand user journeys, pinpoint drop-off points, and suggest changes that strengthen engagement and retention.
- Convert complex analysis into concise, story-led insights for leaders, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Help define product metrics and support a shared measurement approach across teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or a closely related analytical function.
- Strong command of SQL for querying and working with large datasets.
- Practical experience with dashboarding platforms such as Google Data Studio or comparable tools.
- Advanced-level Excel ability for analysis, reporting, and data modeling.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including experience identifying data issues and explaining technical topics in simple terms.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with remote, cross-functional, international teams.
- Exposure to data warehouse systems such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is an advantage.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Interest in using data to improve digital services and user outcomes across varied or emerging markets.
