With an experienced team and an expanding delivery network, AbenGlobal focuses on creating smooth, efficient delivery experiences that consistently meet or exceed client expectations. The business is currently hiring a Delivery Coordinator to help improve operational flow and service delivery.
Role Summary
In this position, you will oversee and organize delivery activities, helping ensure goods are dispatched accurately and on time. You will also maintain strong working relationships with drivers and clients. This role suits someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, comfortable in a busy environment, and confident in communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the daily delivery timetable and driver routes.
- Monitor shipments to make sure client deliveries happen within expected timelines.
- Keep in touch with drivers and customers to address and resolve delivery-related concerns.
- Update and preserve accurate records for shipments and completed deliveries.
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch staff to improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized and accredited university is required.
- Experience in logistics, delivery operations, or courier services is an advantage.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities are needed.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Exposure to delivery tracking tools or systems would be beneficial.
- Applicants should be able to work on their own as well as cooperate effectively in a team.
Schedule and Location
This is a full-time onsite role based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. Working days are Tuesday through Saturday, with hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
