Role Overview

At Cracker Barrel, this position helps keep the kitchen operating efficiently by ensuring cookware, utensils, and tableware are cleaned, organized, and ready for use. The role supports the restaurant team behind the scenes and contributes to the smooth flow of meal service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, forks, plates, and other kitchen and dining items.
• Keep the dish area organized and work efficiently to support the kitchen team.
• Handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work with a team-first attitude and contribute to a positive shift environment.

What They’re Looking For

No prior restaurant experience is required. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, takes pride in quality work, and can move with purpose while juggling several tasks.
